March 2007

I meant to update the other day, but I ran out of time and apparently my entry wasn’t saved. but whatever. It’s been forever since I’ve updated, so here is a brief re-cap of life…

- my mom and Tobey were in town this past weekend! so that was fun! We ate Japanese food on Friday, and I got a new digital camera!!!
- on Saturday I got a one hour professional massage for free! (compliments of MJ’s husband)
- Saturday night was the Around the World party, at which we stalked Nick who is apparently everyone’s future husband
- my SCUBA class started on Tuesday.. it’s really fun so far! The instructor is really funny and the class seems pretty fun. I’m excited about it!!!
-OH and I played tennis yesterday. first time ever. It was fun! not that I am any good, but it was fun.

I can’t think of much else. Those are the highlights from the past week. The past few days have been interesting, filled with lots of different feelings and emotions, but it’s been a pretty good week, so that makes me happy.

I leave for Asia in 9 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reading old journal entries makes me sad. I miss having a family, even if I didn’t particularly like it when I had one (small donkey).

I’m tired of this… thing… constantly taking over my thoughts and mind. It’s driving me crazy… almost to the point that I can’t handle it for much longer.

I wish people were sincere when they said stuff.
I wish people didn’t get on my nerves.
I wish I was more motivated.
I wish I was a nicer person.
I wish things were like they were….
…..2 and a half years ago.

Or seven.

I could deal with seven.

Sometimes I wonder what would have happened….had other things not happened instead.

I took this picture on the day we had snow…the day classes were cancelled because of ALL OF THAT SNOW!!!

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don’;t understand our partner’s requirements, or even our own. We all have a “love tank” that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.Take the quiz
