So it’s been awhile since I actually wrote anything…. life has been crazy. But, I don’t actually feel like writing much at the moment so… here’s an infamous list:
• I’m getting an apartment down here! I’m way excited about it!!!! we’re signing the lease on Monday after Thanksgiving. It’s really cute too. I’ll post pictures of it at some point in life.
•I’m gonna be here for about life to finish school, and by that I mean I’m gonna be here during J-term. Hopefully I don ’t kill myself.
• I’m coming home tomorrow at 3am. Which means I’ll be home around 9am or so. umm… yeah. my uncle is coming to see me tomorrow night. Thursday is Thanksgiving (in case you missed that memo)… I’ll be in Nashville (Indiana) to eat some turkey, and ride horses (or hoarces), and 4-wheelers…and see my favoritest cousin!
Okay, so life doesn’t seem as crazy when I write it down. but it has been, I promise! I can’t think of anything else. maybe because I’m tired. but i’m not letting myself take a nap because I need to go to bed at like 8 since I have to get up at 3.
Oh, I know!
I can tell you guys stories. This is what we’ve done the past three weekends:
So…it all started one weekend three weeks ago when we were really bored. We decided that we wanted some chocolate milk. But! not just any chocolate milk… LuVel’s chocolate milk! So, we decided to go get some. Our first stop was the gas station across the street from campus… however, they didn’t have it. But we didn’t give up! We checked every gas station in town… then we tried Walgreens….then Wal-Mart… and finally, we realized that every store in Jackson was out of LuVel’s. Or maybe! just maybe LuVel’s doesn’t even exist. we checked the website when we got back….it exists.. but it’s only available in about 5 states. So we settled for dutch chocolate milk instead.
So the next weekend, we wanted to do something, but again we had no idea what. So, we left. And drove around. and drove around some more. Until we somehow finally ended up at Dunkin Donuts! While we were there we realized we must be in Japan, had fun with a stalker, and littered even though the napkin told us not to.
This past weekend we went Geocaching! If you’ve never done it, you should. even though it was way easier than it’s supposed to be, it was still fun. What’s supposed to happen is you use a GPS thing to locate a hidden..umm..treasure thing. but we didn’t have a GPS thing, so we just went looking for it in the park anyway. And we found it after about 30 seconds, literally. It’s supposed to take a LOT longer. but we’re good like that.
